Niñez Primero is a non-profit foundation in El Salvador dedicated to promoting the right to recreation for children. They believe that through play, children can develop physically, socially, and emotionally, while also avoiding social risks such as gang violence and drug abuse. Their goal is to contribute to the creation of a healthier, safer, and more peaceful society.

Niñez Primero achieves this through a variety of ludotecas, including Hospitalarias (in hospitals), Móviles (mobile ludotecas), Terapéuticas (therapeutic ludotecas), Escolares (in schools), and Penitenciarias (in correctional facilities). They aim to positively impact the vulnerable children in the region by providing them with recreational activities and intervention. Through their ludotecas and various programs, Niñez Primero strives to improve the overall well-being and conditions of vulnerable children and their families.

They also offer services in training and workshops, focusing on the use of play for intellectual and emotional development in children, as well as supporting parents and educators
