Led by Kelley, a certified personal trainer, teacher, motivator, and third-degree black belt, the brand offers small-group Kicking Ass Boot Camp sessions featuring high-intensity workouts, striking practice, stamina, and conditioning.

Self-defense instruction is available after boot camp, alongside seasonal weekend intensives and booster classes for graduates. Clients can also choose personalized weight training in small-group, semi-private, or private sessions, with the option to ask about training brought to them.
