Vi er en arbeidsmarkedsbedrift, som skal gi "jobb med mening" til mennesker som har havnet utenfor arbeidslivet. Produksjon av miljøriktige produkter og tjenester, genererer arbeidsoppgaver til våre arbeidstakere, som igjen gir kompetanse, utvikling og motivasjon til glede og nytte, for både dem selv, Nitor og samarbeidspartnere.
