Nivå Roklub

Nivå Roklub is an active rowing club based at Nivå Harbour on the Øresund in Denmark. The club welcomes people of different ages and genders, bringing together exercise, experiences in nature and a friendly social community. Members can join club rowing on most days of the week, as well as longer group outings. The programme includes rowing on the water, coastal boat rowing and opportunities for competitive rowing. For indoor training, the club also offers e-rowing and rowing-machine sessions, including spin-style workouts.

Nivå Roklub accepts new members on an ongoing basis. Applicants must be at least 14 years old and able to swim 300 metres without stopping. The club runs annual weekend instruction courses between April and June; the course fee is 300 Danish kroner. Activities and training sessions are listed in the club calendar, and members can sign up through Holdsport. Alongside its rowing programme, the club provides information about its organisation, equipment, rules, rowing technique and history. Nivå Roklub is a member of the Danish Rowing Association.
