Næringsforeningen i Værnesregionen (NiV) er en frittstående, selvstendig og partipolitisk nøytral organisasjon som har som formål å fremme næringslivet i Stjørdal og i de kommuner det er inngått kommuneavtaler med, og slik bidra til økt verdiskaping i eksisterende bedrifter og et bedret grunnlag for nyetableringer. NIV skal skape attraktive møteplasser, være en viktig næringspolitisk aktør og bidra til utvikling og nyskaping i næringslivet.
