The New Jersey Association of Nurse Anesthetists (NJANA) is a professional organization dedicated to advancing nurse anesthesia, supporting its members, and advocating for safe, accessible anesthesia care throughout New Jersey. For more than 80 years, it has represented approximately 900 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Advanced Practice Nurses in Anesthesia (APN-As). These advanced practice nurses provide anesthesia in settings including hospitals, surgical centers, clinics, doctors’ offices, and veterans’ facilities, working in collaboration with other qualified healthcare professionals.
NJANA offers continuing education for nursing and medical professionals, healthcare facilities, and patients.
