The New Jersey Flood Institute (NJFI) is the research and outreach arm of the New Jersey Coastal Coalition. It works to help communities across New Jersey understand and reduce the risks posed by flooding and extreme weather, with particular attention to Atlantic County and the state’s coastlines. Through its partnership with the New Jersey Coastal Coalition, NJFI aims to inform citizens and research practical solutions that help communities prepare for and mitigate the impacts of floods and severe weather.
