Njm Offerings

NJMO is a boutique wellness and consulting practice that brings together psychology, embodied health, research, education, and Black feminist approaches. Its work supports individuals, organizations, and communities in cultivating healing, liberation, and sustainable well-being. Centering the wisdom and lived experiences of Black women while welcoming people who share its values, NJMO views wellness as an ongoing practice of embodiment, connection, pleasure, and flourishing.

The practice offers embodied wellness sessions, yoga, hot Pilates, meditation, and breathwork, as well as retreats, speaking engagements, workshops, education, and consulting. Its services also include Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification, consultation, and research collaboration. Across these offerings, NJMO combines psychological science, cultural wisdom, community knowledge, and embodied practices to support whole-person health. Its approach encourages care for the body, mindful shifts in thought and behavior, and connection with joy and meaning. Founded by Dr. Natalie, NJMO partners with clients seeking more liberatory and sustainable ways to live, work, and build community.
