NLPerception is a coaching and training practice owned by Tara Dik, helping individuals, teams and organisations develop their strengths, communicate more effectively and take meaningful next steps. Its mission is to foster growth and self-reliance through personal guidance and practical learning. Services include one-to-one coaching, team coaching, workshops and tailored business training, with programmes covering Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching skills, personal drivers, emotional intelligence and leadership.

NLPerception also offers NLP training at Practitioner, Master Practitioner and advanced levels, as well as workshops such as “The Power of Looking Differently” and guidance for people exploring how to become a “Bridge Builder. ” Its approach combines systemic exercises, reflective dialogue and practical activities to encourage fresh perspectives and stronger collaboration. The practice works with people addressing personal or professional questions, including employees, managers, teams and those involved in top-level sport.
