Neighborhood Legal Services (NLS) is a reputable brand dedicated to providing legal assistance to underserved individuals and families in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, and Lawrence Counties, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to meet the civil legal needs of the poor and vulnerable through effective legal representation and education. We believe that every American deserves equal access to justice in civil courts, regardless of their income level.

NLS helps bridge the justice gap by offering quality legal representation to low-income individuals, giving them a fair chance in legal proceedings. Our services encompass a wide range of legal areas, including consumer rights, family law, disabilities, employment, housing, public benefits, and veterans' rights. Our team of dedicated attorneys, supported by generous donors, works tirelessly to protect our clients' homes, secure veterans' benefits, and ensure the safety of individuals and children. With over 9,900 cases handled, 20,200 individuals served, and $1. 45 million in awards and benefits for clients, NLS has made a significant impact in our community.
