NMD Wellness of Scottsdale is a naturopathic endocrinology practice providing personalized, evidence-based integrative care for women’s hormonal and reproductive health. Led by Dr. Alissia Zenhausern-Pfeiffer, a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Endocrinology, the practice serves patients in person in Scottsdale, Arizona, and virtually throughout Arizona and California.

Its services support women from preconception through pregnancy and postpartum, with care for fertility challenges, IVF and frozen embryo transfer preparation, secondary infertility, PCOS, Hashimoto’s disease, thyroid disorders, insulin resistance, and perimenopause and menopause. The practice offers comprehensive laboratory testing and interpretation, individualized treatment plans, thyroid management, nutritional support, and hormone-related care. For patients pursuing fertility treatment, NMD Wellness coordinates integrative support alongside reproductive endocrinologists rather than replacing their care.

A concierge model features extended appointments, direct communication with Dr. Zen, and ongoing follow-up as patients’ needs change. The practice emphasizes investigating underlying factors and interpreting results in context, helping patients make informed decisions about their health. New patients can begin with a discovery call.
