About NOAHE
The Network of Alberta Health Economists (NOAHE) brings together people who produce, use, and apply health economics evidence and analysis. Its work focuses on building health economics capacity in Alberta, encouraging collaboration between researchers and policy makers, and supporting the use of research in health system decisions. NOAHE also serves as an organized collective resource for health system decision makers and promotes integrated knowledge translation for stakeholders.
The network helps connect organizations and individuals looking for a health economist with relevant expertise. Membership is free, and interested people can contact NOAHE to learn how to join. Its website shares information about events hosted by the network and by national and international health economics organizations and associations. It also features health economics publications and updates for subscribers.
NOAHE is supported financially and in-kind by Alberta Health through the Alberta Health/IHE Partnership Grant. Through its network, connections, events, and publications, NOAHE aims to strengthen the relationship between health economics research and health system policy and practice in Alberta.
