Noémie Paya is an artist representation and consultancy agency founded in 2017 by Noémie Paya, drawing on her experience in contemporary art and the performing arts. The agency represents visual artists internationally, including painter Charles Belle and multidisciplinary artist Maflohé Passedouet, and also undertakes projects for other artists and businesses. Its services are tailored to each artist’s goals and include developing an artistic identity and pricing strategy, building professional networks, planning communications, identifying collectors, galleries and partners, and finding relevant competitions and calls for projects.

Noémie Paya also assists with applications and administration, coordinates and produces events, and supports the sale of artworks in France and abroad. For fees, clients can discuss either commission-based representation or a specific service, with the approach agreed during an initial conversation. Alongside the agency, Paya helped establish Éditions Sources, an independent publisher focused on distinctive art books.

She also contributes to Art Identification Standard, an international initiative developing a unique identifier for artworks, and collaborates with Arteïa on digital collection management and Charles Belle’s digital catalogue raisonné
