No Fixed Address

No Fixed Address is a Cape Town catering brand specializing exclusively in high-end canapés and small plates. Founded by internationally acclaimed, award-winning Chef Steve, the business traces its beginnings to an underground restaurant in Vancouver before establishing roots in South Africa. Its food combines bold Asian-inspired flavours with innovative techniques, meticulous ingredient sourcing and skilled craftsmanship.

The team caters for a range of occasions, including cocktail parties, weddings, corporate events and intimate gatherings, with menus designed to make each event a memorable culinary experience. Its offerings include inventive bite-sized dishes, bao buns, dumplings and desserts, reflecting a diverse approach to small-format dining. No Fixed Address also provides catering in distinctive settings, bringing its mobile kitchen and food service to events and venues.

The brand aims to reshape expectations of luxury catering by focusing on flavour, creativity and carefully prepared canapés rather than conventional event menus. Clients can contact No Fixed Address to discuss catering for their next celebration or event.
