Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) is an electricity distribution company serving Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Established after receiving a licence from the state government in December 1993, NPCL is a joint venture of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. Its distribution network serves around 700,000 people across approximately 335 square kilometres, including villages, hamlets, and the township.
