Noina Arka

Noina Arka is a distinguished non-profit organization dedicated to the protection and welfare of abandoned animals in Croatia. Founded over 40 years ago, it stands as the oldest animal shelter in the country, committed to providing safe haven for dogs and cats in need. Located in Dumovec, they offer daily visiting hours for the public, encouraging community engagement and adoption.

The organization provides various services including pet adoption—allowing people to adopt dogs and cats who are looking for loving homes. They also operate a web shop, showcasing a range of merchandise and calendars, with proceeds supporting their mission. Noina Arka thrives on community support, inviting donations, sponsorships, and volunteer efforts.
