Nomadea is a personal training and coaching studio in Den Dungen, focused on supporting women aged 35 and over. Its approach recognizes that women’s health and training needs can change through different life stages, and aims to help clients build confidence, strength and lasting wellbeing. Nomadea’s method brings together five areas: understanding biology and hormone balance, developing a helpful mindset and sense of identity, building functional strength and mobility, nourishing the body without strict dieting, and establishing sustainable routines for sleep, stress and recovery. Training is tailored to each person’s body and pace, with coaching intended to help clients better understand their bodies and work toward greater energy and strength. The studio’s co-founders, coaches Dennis and Dominique de Kroon, offer physical training alongside holistic coaching and personal development.
