No Mercy Gym is a martial arts and fitness gym in The Hague, founded by Philip, whose passion for kickboxing grew into a career coaching children and adults. The gym welcomes beginners and experienced athletes, helping members develop their skills in a supportive, energetic training environment. Its programme includes kickboxing, boxing, pad training and personal training, with classes for young children, older children, mixed groups, competition athletes and adults. Sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

No Mercy Gym also provides nutritional advice, including personalised plans designed to support individual goals and a healthy eating pattern. Prospective members can book a trial lesson to discover which training suits them.
