Nomi Pass is a membership-based savings service for discovering and enjoying restaurants, bars and cafes in Tallinn and Tartu, Estonia. Through its mobile app, members browse nearby offers, select a deal and redeem it when paying. The process uses a dual-PIN verification, with no printed coupons or special venue equipment required. Offers include two-for-one dining, percentage discounts, fixed savings, complimentary items and other venue-specific promotions. Nomi Pass says it has more than 212 partners and 451 active deals, with new partners added regularly.

Membership costs €49 per year or €6.99 per month, following a 30-day free trial, and includes unlimited deal redemptions. The app also tracks used offers and savings, and features badges, quests and loyalty cards. The service is currently live in Tallinn and Tartu, with spas, entertainment and wellness experiences described as upcoming; expansion to Riga and Vilnius is planned. Nomi Pass is designed to help members save on local outings while giving participating venues a way to present offers to customers.
