Nona Birth Education & Counseling provides neuroscience-informed childbirth education and perinatal support for expecting parents and professional birth workers. Led by Erica Kroll, LPC, a perinatal therapist, prenatal yoga instructor, and retired doula, Nona draws on more than 25 years of experience teaching childbirth education and training professionals. Its programs are grounded in Birth Coherence™, a framework exploring how the mind, body, support systems, and environment interact during birth.
For parents, offerings include Birth Coherence birth preparation, six-week prenatal yoga and support classes, individualized coaching, and perinatal counseling. Classes are available online and in person in Columbia, Missouri. For professionals, Nona provides self-paced birth doula training and certification, prenatal yoga teacher training, and a course applying polyvagal theory to childbirth.
