Nonamaya is Veronika’s women-centered practice in Bischofswiesen/Engedey, at the foot of the Watzmann. She accompanies women through life’s transitions, including pregnancy, birth, the postpartum period and quieter changes of identity and direction. Her approach brings together yoga, massage, body awareness and ritual, with an emphasis on dignity, connection and finding inner stability rather than self-optimization.

Offerings include gentle pregnancy yoga and preparation courses, pregnancy and postpartum circles, Blessing Way rituals, and Ayurvedic massages for general relaxation, pregnancy and recovery after birth. Massages are tailored to each person and use warm oil and attentive touch. Nonamaya also offers seasonal experiences such as HERBSTWÄRTS, a five-day guided journey with audio reflections, meditation, movement, breathing practices and small rituals, supported through Telegram and an optional live online gathering. Across its services, the practice invites women to listen to their bodies, connect with their own rhythms and discover what helps them feel grounded during times of change.
