Non Stop Retail

Non Stop Retail (NSR) is a platform that helps retailers keep their stores open for longer without needing to be physically present. It brings access, in-store automation and customer communication together, allowing visitors to shop independently while preserving a personal experience. Customers can register through a personal link or QR code, receive temporary access through a Nuki lock, and enter a store where lighting and audio can respond automatically. Retailers can manage locations remotely and view visitor activity, conversations, product scans and operational status.

The platform offers three monthly packages per location. Access includes visitor registration, temporary entry, customer chat, notifications, QR codes and a customer portal. Smart adds Shelly-connected lighting controls, zones and schedules. Experience builds on Smart with Sonos welcome messages and product stories triggered by QR scans. Prices are €99, €129 and €149 per location per month, respectively; installation and setup are quoted separately. Customers purchase and retain ownership of the required hardware, while Non Stop Retail connects, configures, monitors and manages devices remotely.
