About Noored Kooli
Noored Kooli is a leading brand in education, offering a 2-year development program that brings capable and motivated individuals into schools, creating opportunities for every child in Estonia to receive an excellent education. By joining the Noored Kooli program, you can stand up for every student. Their goal is to ensure equal opportunities for all children, as currently almost one in five students only completes basic education.
This means that every year, 2000 young people enter society with only a basic education, limiting their choices and self-fulfillment possibilities. Noored Kooli participants work in schools where there is an above-average number of students with basic education, aiming to create better opportunities for these students. With over 16 years of impact, the program has reached around 31,000 students, with over 80% of graduates currently working in the education sector.
