Noor Huige

Noor Huige is a Dutch visual artist who lives and works in Amsterdam. Her practice focuses on paintings and drawings distinguished by a bold, colourful, layered style. She began painting lessons at the age of ten in the studio of a professional artist, then studied at the Art Academie in Amsterdam from 1998 to 2002. She later continued her artistic development with Amsterdam-based COBRA group painter Anton Martineau. Over the past decade, Huige has developed a distinctive artistic signature, using mixed media techniques especially in her portraits and flower paintings.

The Noor Huige collection includes artwork in the categories of flowers, portraits and limited editions, as well as antique frames. Her work has been sold to companies and art collectors, auctioned, and presented at art fairs by galleries and art dealers.
