NoorWorks

NoorWorks is a London-based coaching and development organisation founded by Mahnaz in 2003. With a conscious, socially minded approach, it supports people and organisations to explore their potential, clarify their direction and lead with greater awareness. Founder Mahnaz draws on experience in technology and private banking, as well as her own transition into coaching, and works with a cohort of associates serving private and corporate clients.

NoorWorks offers executive coaching for senior leaders, helping them build clarity, effectiveness and authentic leadership. Its organisational services include team coaching and development workshops focused on strategy, team coherence and alignment with core values. Leadership teams can also take part in well-being days designed to create space for rest, reflection and creativity.

Learning programmes include a certified coaching course, the NoorWorks Awakener Practitioner Programme and an annual Visionary Leadership Programme. NoorWorks also hosts 5–7-day well-being, collaborative and creative breaks, alongside community coaching projects and The Discovery Space.
