Norbeks Ltd

Norbeks is a London-based boutique household staffing consultancy placing trusted private staff with families in the UK and internationally. Founded by Marina Norbek more than a decade ago, the agency provides personal support throughout the recruitment process, from the initial conversation to follow-up after a placement begins. Its placements include nannies, housekeepers, private chefs, chauffeurs, butlers and personal assistants, for permanent, temporary and part-time roles.

Norbeks sources candidates through trusted referrals and conducts interviews and checks before making introductions. Its process includes role-specific training verification and careful matching to each household’s needs. Client and candidate details are kept confidential and are not shared without consent. Placements include up to three months of replacement cover.

The agency also offers concierge support and help with candidate preparation. Fees are discussed transparently and depend on the placement type and duration; candidates are never charged. Norbeks serves both families seeking staff and candidates looking for suitable roles, offering a discreet, relationship-led approach to household recruitment.
