NEA Norco Equestrian Academy

Norco Equestrian Academy (NEA) is a riding and horse-care facility in Norco, California, welcoming riders aged six and older. Its approach combines time in the saddle with practical horsemanship, helping students build confidence and become more self-sufficient. Lessons are available for beginners and intermediate riders, with instruction in English and Western riding, jumping, and gymkhana. Most lessons last an hour and include riding as well as grooming, tacking, or other horse-care activities. The academy also offers private and long-line lessons, practice rides, horse care and ownership classes, gymkhana practice, and horse and owner training. Lesson packages are available, and appointments must be booked in advance.

Set on five tree-covered acres, the facility includes two arenas, two round pens, turnouts, wash racks, a hot walker, and a quarter-mile on-property trail, with access to Norco’s wider city trail system. Boarding options include indoor box stalls, a mare motel, and long runs. NEA also supports jumping groups and a gymkhana team, and provides helmets for riders under 18, which are required.
