Welcome to Privatbrauerei NORDBRÄU! We are a family-owned brewery located in Ingolstadt, Germany, and we are committed to brewing beer of the highest quality. As a traditional Bavarian brewery, we adhere to the strict Bavarian Purity Law in our brewing processes, using only barley, hops, and water to create our range of beers.
At Privatbrauerei NORDBRÄU, we offer a variety of beer options, including our classic Pils, Helles, Weissbier, Dunkel, Spezialbier, and alcohol-free options. We take pride in sourcing our ingredients locally to ensure the freshest and highest quality beer possible.
Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our production processes, as we strive to minimize our impact on the environment. We are also dedicated to preserving the rich brewing traditions of our region, with recipes that have been passed down through generations. We are led by Eva Wittmann, the sixth-generation owner of our family business, and our brewery has a rich history dating back to 1822.
Join us at Privatbrauerei NORDBRÄU and experience the taste of tradition, quality, and sustainability in every sip of our finely crafted beers.
