Nordic Pirates is a board game brand focused on bringing pirate-themed strategy, bluffing and lively competition to game nights. Its flagship title, Lying Pirates, builds on the familiar idea of liar’s dice, adding cards and a customizable game board for a mix of luck, tactics and deception. Designed for two to six players, the base game typically takes 40–60 minutes; a Big Box edition offers a longer 60–75-minute experience and deluxe components.
The range also includes the Cities of Greed expansion, which adds to the game, and an Upgrade Box with deluxe components and a revised rulebook and tile legend for first-edition owners. Players have rated Lying Pirates 7. 2 out of 10 across more than 600 BoardGameGeek reviews.
Nordic Pirates sells its games and add-ons through its online shop, with shipping available to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. The site also provides product information, FAQs, a blog and customer contact options, and invites subscribers to receive occasional updates, exclusive deals and behind-the-scenes news
