Nordic Ski Lab

Nordic Ski Lab is an online learning and training community for cross-country skiers, helping people improve their technique, fitness, and enjoyment of the sport. Its instructional content covers both classic and skate skiing, with step-by-step lessons, drills, slow-motion demonstrations, and analysis of ski techniques. Videos also feature expert instruction, Olympic athlete demonstrations, downhill and racing guidance, and roller-ski lessons.

Skiers can choose a Video Membership for self-paced technique instruction or a Training Club Membership that combines the video library with structured training plans, expert online coaching, personalized technique feedback, and one-on-one or group coaching calls. For those who prefer to train independently, Nordic Ski Lab also offers race-preparation plans and year-round training options, including plan-only memberships.

The site provides resources for different experience levels, from beginner lessons and balance drills to advanced technique guidance and dryland training. Members can connect with skiers and coaches around the world, while free lessons and drills offer additional ways to learn. Nordic Ski Lab serves recreational skiers and those preparing for competition.
