Nordic Urban is a privately funded Finnish waterfront real estate development company with a bold mission to transform city shores into attractive destinations for locals and visitors alike. Our journey began in 2013 when Töölö Urban, our predecessor, sparked a movement to utilize Helsinki's underutilized waterfront. This led to the opening of Allas Sea Pool Helsinki in 2017, which was met with great success. Inspired by this, we're now looking to create a network of similar floating well-being hubs around the world.
