Nordic Waters Guide Fishing offers personalized guided fishing trips across the three waters of Jutland, around the Aarhus, Silkeborg and Djursland region of Denmark. Founded as a passion project by guide Balage, the brand shares local knowledge, fishing spots and memorable experiences with anglers. Balage has fished for 24 years, focusing in recent years on lure fishing for predators.

Trips are available on rivers, the coast and lakes. River outings target wild, sea-run brown trout in small streams, often using light tackle and small lures. Coastal trips explore Jutland’s east coast for sea trout, with conditions such as wind and tide shaping the approach; garfish are also listed among the coastal targets. Lake experiences focus on pike and perch, including topwater fishing for pike and drifting for perch. Depending on the setting, fishing may involve wading, a SUP board or a belly boat. Each trip can be planned around the guest’s interests, and prospective clients are invited to get in touch to discuss what may be possible.
