Nordnest

Nordnest is a Swedish partner for developing and building sustainable, attractive living environments with lower environmental impact and stronger commercial value. The company works with property owners, developers, construction companies, housing associations, and homeowners, helping them make informed decisions early, when project risks and profitability are shaped.

Its advisory services cover energy, climate, environmental performance, moisture, project management, and design management. For existing properties, Nordnest provides independent assessments and decision support, identifying opportunities such as energy improvements, moisture measures, certification, and green financing in line with investment requirements.

For new construction, Nordnest offers EkoNod, a configurable, prefabricated installation and energy system designed to move complexity away from the building site, reduce risk, shorten construction time, and support long-term property value. EkoNod can be supplied as a standalone solution or as part of a complete installation and energy contract. Working with partners across Sweden, Nordnest can manage delivery from design and construction through commissioning and verified results.
