NORLITE e.K. is a German sporting firearms company founded in 2018 by Frank Satzinger, formerly managing director of Oberland-Arms KG. Based in Nuremberg, the company focuses on modular products and customization for sport shooters, supported by an online shop, product configurator, and network of specialist retailers.
Its featured product is the USK-G conversion system, designed to transform compatible Glock® pistols from models 17/22 and 19/23 into a 9×19 mm blowback-operated pistol carbine. Available in Standard, Compact, and Sub-Compact lengths for Glock® generations 3, 4, and 5, the system is described as requiring about one minute to install, without modifications to the original pistol. It uses the pistol’s existing grip frame and magazine, while offering a fixed barrel and mounting options for optics and M-LOK accessories. Configurations are customized through NORLITE’s online configurator, with accessories and retailer support also available. The company notes that the system is supplied without components such as the grip frame, optic, stock, buffer tube, or muzzle attachment.
