Norma Racing is a Portuguese karting and motorsport team with more than 40 years of involvement in competition. Based in Monte de Caparica, it combines driver development with practical racing support, guided by two stated aims: teaching and winning. The team seeks to operate as a drivers’ academy, providing sports and driving education while encouraging responsibility and growth on and off the track. It emphasizes close communication among drivers and staff, considering each driver’s abilities and track conditions when working toward individual goals and developing setups and race strategies.

Its services include specialized kart maintenance and repairs, technical assistance at the track, and support for recreational drivers as well as those entering national or international championships. Trackside support can include a mechanic, coach, or telemetry technician, allowing drivers to concentrate on driving. Norma Racing also sells new and used karts, kart parts, and accessories. With an experienced staff and a collaborative approach involving drivers and their families, the brand aims to nurture emerging talent and help competitors improve their performance.
