Normly

Normly is a regulatory compliance platform designed for medical and healthcare practices. Its tools help practice managers and healthcare professionals organize obligations related to workplace safety, staff health, public-access premises (ERP), fire protection and regulated medical waste (DASRI). The platform guides users through setting up their practice profile and assessing workplace risks, then generates a tailored list of applicable requirements.

Normly supports the creation and updating of the DUERP, the occupational risk assessment document, with guidance for healthcare-specific hazards such as biological exposure, needlestick injuries, chemical products and musculoskeletal strain. It also centralizes ERP and fire-safety records, tracks periodic inspections and accessibility requirements, and helps manage DASRI collection schedules and waste-tracking documents. A dashboard brings together compliance status, tasks and upcoming deadlines, with alerts intended to help users act before obligations fall due. The service can also generate a “ready for inspection” report. Normly describes itself as an assistance tool for compliance, not legal advice, and says its system is audited and validated by experts.
