**NorthAviMet** is a specialized weather information system designed explicitly for flight planning across the eight NAMCON countries: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Sweden. Developed by the Northern-Europe Aviation Meteorology Consortium, NorthAviMet serves the aviation community, offering an array of weather forecasts, including TAF (Terminal Aerodrome Forecasts), METAR (Meteorological Aerodrome Reports), and SIGMETs (Significant Meteorological Information), along with graphical illustrations, radar information, and satellite images.

This platform is exclusively accessible to certified aviation users—pilots and operators from the NAMCON member countries—ensuring that crucial weather data is provided efficiently for short-term and long-term flight planning. Users can log in to the portal, which currently favors desktop use, with plans for future mobile optimization. NorthAviMet aims to enhance the safety and efficiency of air travel by delivering timely updates and comprehensive weather information tailored to the unique needs of its users.
