North Eastern Car Club Inc. (NECC) is a motoring and motorsport club founded in 1953, bringing together competitors, classic car owners and motoring enthusiasts. Its purpose is to promote safety and enjoyment through motorsport, and the club is affiliated with Motorsport Australia and the Australian Auto Sport Alliance. Over its long history, NECC has organised hundreds of motorsport events and helped train drivers.
Members can take part in a varied calendar of competitive and social activities, including the six-round NECC Khanacross Series, rallies and track days at Logic Centre. The club also hosts motoring-related social nights, Cars & Coffee gatherings and the Show Us Your Wheels car show, alongside other member events. For owners of classic and historic vehicles, NECC offers access to the Victorian Club Permit Scheme, helping members register eligible vehicles through VicRoads. The club welcomes people with a range of interests and experience, whether they want to compete, display a car, attend events or connect with the local motoring community.
