Northern Lights Family Medicine is an independent family practice in Montague, Michigan, founded in 2009 by Dr. Schaub and Jacob. Guided by the motto “Our family caring for your family,” the practice emphasizes personalized, patient-first healthcare and works with each person to develop a medical plan suited to their needs. Its team includes Jacob Sauve, P.A.-C, Colin Rabach, P.A.-C, Noah Bertolone, FNP-C, and Lindsey Weesies, FNP-C.
