Blueeaglegenealogy

Blue Eagle Genealogy provides professional, evidence-based family history research, with a particular focus on Scotland and North East England. Led by a genealogist with a Master of Science in Genealogical, Palaeographic and Heraldic Studies, the service combines formal academic training with familiarity with regional archives and historical records. Research can extend across the wider United Kingdom and, where appropriate, selected international cases.

Clients can commission investigations into family histories in Newcastle, Northumberland, County Durham, North Tyneside and Scotland. The business also offers historical home research, tracing a property’s documented ownership and occupancy through sources such as land records, census material and archival documents. Projects are carefully scoped in advance, with proposals outlining the work, costs and likely outcomes. Records are gathered, assessed and cross-checked to support well-founded conclusions. Clients receive fully referenced reports and, where appropriate, supporting materials. Sample report extracts and charts are available to show how findings are presented.
