North Group AI Technologies Inc. is an AI consultancy that acts as an on-demand AI department for businesses. It helps organizations plan, build, and deploy AI strategies, with services tailored to real estate and construction, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, and home services. Its work begins with a free 30-minute audit to understand a company’s operations and identify where AI can create value.

North Group offers four core services: strategy, including operational assessments and prioritized roadmaps; team training through role-specific workshops and coaching; transformation, which redesigns workflows and builds automations, custom tools, and AI agents; and ongoing fractional AI department support. The company works with clients to develop practical systems, train employees to use them, and plan future improvements. Its approach includes interviewing teams, mapping workflows, and delivering systems in stages, with clients retaining ownership of what is built.

Founded by Julian Wells and Taylor Duncan, North Group also shares AI insights through practical guides, articles, The Summit publication, and the Building The North podcast.
