North Midlands RDA

North Midlands RDA is the regional branch of Riding for the Disabled, supporting people across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire. It brings together more than 25 local groups, which collectively support over 1,200 riders and drivers. In the past year, 150 horses and 584 volunteers helped deliver more than 17,000 sessions.

Each group is part of RDA UK but is independently run by its own trustees, so activities, facilities and opening times vary by location. Together, the groups offer riding and driving opportunities that bring people and ponies together to support health and well-being in an enjoyable setting.
