North Pacific Saltwater

North Pacific Saltwater is a family-oriented fishing charter company based in Sitka, Alaska, offering saltwater fishing trips and excursions in the productive waters of the North Pacific. Led by lifelong Alaskan Captain Jon Martin, the company combines local knowledge, a strong focus on safety, and a clean, comfortable vessel equipped with quality, technique-specific fishing gear. Its charter boat is described as Sitka’s largest and most luxurious, with a new 45-foot North River boat introduced for summer 2025.

Trips target several local species, including king and coho salmon, halibut, lingcod, and rockfish. The crew favors mooching for salmon when conditions warrant, giving anglers an active role in the catch. North Pacific Saltwater offers day charters, inclusive packages, and tailored fishing experiences, along with wildlife tours and day trips to Goddard Hot Springs. The website also provides fishing reports, seasonal information, licensing and regulations guidance, lodging details, rates, and booking support. With an emphasis on enjoyment and memorable outings for families and friends, the company invites visitors to experience Sitka’s fishing and coastal scenery.
