North Shore Plant Club is a Chicagoland plant buyers’ club that helps people make gardening more affordable and convenient. Its mission is to make it easier for people to enjoy gardening by offering a wide variety of quality plants at prices close to wholesale. The club places collective orders several times a month during spring and summer, sourcing hand-selected plants from rotating wholesale nurseries. Members browse and order online, then collect their purchases at one of 15 local pickup sites or arrange home delivery for a fee.

The selection includes annuals, perennials, Illinois native plants, small starters, mature plants, hanging baskets, patio pots, and pre-planted containers. The club also offers mulch, compost, and dirt delivery, plus gift certificates. Gardeners can explore plant categories, use a multi-criteria search, find container recipes, and browse plant guides, landscape inspiration, and local gardening resources. North Shore Plant Club is designed for gardeners who value selection, convenience, and competitive prices, while encouraging customers who want to inspect plants in person to visit local retail nurseries.
