Northside Dirt Devils

Northside Dirt Devils Baseball is a Loveland, Colorado travel baseball program for serious players ages 12 to 17 who aspire to compete at the collegiate level. The organization combines high-level skill development with competitive tournament play and structured recruiting guidance, supporting athletes as they prepare for their next step in baseball. Its tiered pathway is designed to match development to age and experience: 12U focuses on foundational skills, 15U and 16U on competitive acceleration, and 17U and 18U on recruiting and exposure.

Teams include the 12U Whitney, 15–16U Mart-Kelly, 16U Cronquist, 17–18U Breed, and 17–18U Kelly-Stilo groups. Recruiting support includes player profile development, social media and video organization, measurable data tracking, skills evaluations, and strategic tournament placement to increase coach exposure. The program says it draws on a network of more than 1,300 college connections and aims to help players pursue collegiate placement.

Alongside baseball instruction and competition, Northside Dirt Devils emphasizes personal growth and lifelong skills, seeking to develop well-rounded athletes both on and off the field
