North Star Outfitting is a family-run hunting outfitting business in northeastern Alberta, Canada, owned and operated by Neil Johnson, who has more than 29 years of experience. The company offers personally guided hunts for black bear, whitetail deer, mule deer, moose, elk, and waterfowl. It also offers combination black bear and moose hunts.

Hunting takes place across approximately 100,000 acres, with seasonal options including spring black bear hunts and fall big-game and waterfowl hunts. Guides were born and raised in the area and bring local knowledge of the hunting grounds and animal behavior. Each hunt is led by a guide focused on the species being pursued.

Guests stay at the North Star Outfitting lodge, which has five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and rooms shared by two hunters. Amenities include homemade meals, cell phone coverage, wireless internet, satellite television, and shared space for relaxing. The website also provides hunt dates and prices, terms, auction information, testimonials, and a photo gallery
