Welcome to North West Golf Club, located in the beautiful Inishowen peninsula in Lisfannon, Buncrana. Established in 1891, we are proud to be one of the founding members of the Golfing Union of Ireland. Our picturesque links course stretches over 6300 yards and is nestled beneath the stunning Mouldy Mountains on the shores of Lough Swilly.

Like the renowned St. Andrews course, our fairways boast undulating humps and hollows, while our fescue greens provide a true and smooth putting surface. You'll also find strategically placed bunkers throughout the course, making for a challenging round of golf.

As you play, you'll be captivated by the ever-changing light patterns and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. North West Golf Club has a rich history of success, including victories by players like Brian McElhinney, who won the European Amateur Championship in 2003 and the British Amateur Championship in 2005. We have also achieved success as a team, winning the All Ireland Senior Cup in 2005.
