The organization specializes in documenting Norwich's history through a variety of media, including books, websites, presentations, and films. Over the past nine years, they have authored five books and developed several large websites. Moving forward, they are shifting their focus to shorter online articles about the city's heritage, which will be available for free download. Additionally, they plan to expand their reach through video content on YouTube and increased social media engagement.
