NoshGrid

NoshGridBot is an innovative web crawler dedicated to supporting NoshGrid, a community-focused app designed to help users discover the best restaurant deals. By scouring restaurant websites, NoshGridBot identifies and compiles public specials such as happy hours, weekly discounts, and coupons, presenting them on the NoshGrid platform with direct links back to the source pages. This ensures that all deal information is accurately represented and that diners can easily access the deals directly from each restaurant's site.

Operating with a commitment to ethical data collection, NoshGridBot adheres to robots.txt protocols and respects the privacy preferences of restaurants. The app's directory benefits from collaboration with various data sources, including 312Deals and Overture Maps Foundation, to provide comprehensive venue information. Restaurant owners can engage actively with their listings by posting and managing their own deals on NoshGrid at no cost. For those wishing to opt out of NoshGridBot's crawling, simple instructions are provided for removal within 24 hours.
