Ohio Notaries is an online directory and information resource focused on notaries licensed in Ohio. The site reports more than 1.1 million notaries and helps visitors browse listings by location and license category, including Notary Public and Park Officer. Users can search for notaries, review trending names, verify license status, check renewal details, find a provider, and write or read reviews. The directory highlights counties such as Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, Cuyahoga, Mahoning, Montgomery, Medina, and Lake, helping users explore providers across the state.

Alongside its search tools, Ohio Notaries offers general guidance about Ohio’s notary commission. It explains that the Secretary of State’s office certifies individuals to screen signers of important documents, administer oaths, and perform other duties. The site notes that applicants must complete a three-hour training class and pass an exam, and that non-attorney applicants require a federal background check. It also directs readers to the Ohio Notary Commission for further information and links to related Ohio professional registries.
